Summary

Introduction

Microcephaly, defined as head circumference (HC) less than the third percentile or out of proportion to body size. The most common cause for anemia was iron deficiency, diagnosed in 47% and 46% of women with singletons and twins, respectively, becoming more prevalent the lower Hgb was. The aim of this study was to assess the yield of anemia workup in singleton and twin gestations.
