Abstract

Previous studies suggest a nondetrimental effect of subsequent pregnancy on breast cancer (BC) recurrence risk, and obstetric care for women diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy has advanced significantly. Fewer studies have addressed pregnancy outcomes in relationship to a diagnosis of BC. We sought to describe obstetric outcomes in a large cohort of young women with BC, considering the chronological relationship of pregnancies with BC diagnosis.
