Abstract

Rugby Tackle is an only method for defense to attack. It is necessary to clarify the motion during tackle to know effective tackle; however there have been few studies on motion analysis of rugby tackle. The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics and difference of Joint torque of inferior limbs during tackle among different competitive levels. Five high school, ten college, and two professional rugby football players volunteered to participate. Infrared reflection markers were placed on principal part on the body.
