Abstract
The demand for higher frame rates and resolutions on display panels remains strong as the gaming market has expanded in recent years. To make new use of these display panels, we have developed a privacy display in combination with active retarder. We made a prototype using high frame rate scanning backlight system and achieved the 4% level for the crosstalk ratio.
