Abstract
Our understanding of the neurobiology underlying illness trajectories in early psychosis remains largely unknown. Recent efforts via neuroimaging measures have shed light on neural systems that play roles in illness phases ranging from patients at clinical high risk for psychotic disorders to patients beyond their first episode of a schizophrenia spectrum disorder.
