Abstract
57Fe Mössbauer spectra in amorphous Tb x Fe 1- x films (AF) and Tb/Fe multilayers (MLs) were measured for a wide range of concentration and layer thicknesses. A small angle between the film normal and direction of H hf was observed. This effect and the concentration dependence of 57Fe hyperfine field in amorphous TbFe films are discussed.
