Treatment of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) by fetoscopic selective laser coagulation (FSLC) has improved perinatal outcome. However residual risk of late intrauterine fetal deaths (IUFD) and optimal gestational age (GA) at elective delivery remain controversial. We investigated the risk of IUFD after 28 weeks’ in TTTS cases diagnosed before 26 weeks′ and treated by FSLC.
