Abstract

Aberrant immune response is implicated in the pathophysiology of suicide behavior. In this report, we conducted an exploratory analysis of immune profile differences between adolescent and young adult participants at risk of major depressive disorder (MDD; at-risk) and adolescents with diagnosis of MDD plus recent suicide behavior/severe ideation (suicide behavior).
