Abstract
We have recently developed novel buffer (hole-injection) materials for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), corresponding to wet coating process. Our buffer materials enable us to reduce the roughness of ITO and to fabricate the surprisingly smooth surface. The performance and lifetime of OLED device with our materials also reported.
