Urethral erosions following transvaginal mesh sling placement has been reported as a rare complication. We present the surgical options for the treatment of this complication from the minimally invasive option of holmium laser ablation at the time of cystourethroscopy to transvaginal excision of the mesh erosion with labial fat pad interposition.
