Abstract
Hemifacial atrophy is a rare, acquired condition of unknown aetiology characterised by progressive unilateral atrophy of the facial tissues. The incidence is unreported. Lesions progress for several years leading to facial deformity and are ultimately self-limiting. We present two cases demonstrating the full range of features of the condition.
