Abstract
TO THE READERS: The cover page of the Newsletter contained a picture of George R. Ufen, the Chairman of the 1970 International Symposium on EMC. In the accompanying article, he said, "On behalf of the Symposium Committee, may I extend a personal invitation to the 12th Annual International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility. This will be held July 14, 15, and 16, 1970 at the world's most modern Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
