Abstract
The Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory–Child Version (OCI-CV) measures pediatric OCD symptom severity across 6 symptom domains. Because previous studies have not evaluated the OCI-CV using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analyses in a clinical sample group, this study assessed the sensitivity and specificity of the OCI-CV for detecting current OCD in a clinical and community sample group of children and adolescents.
