There are little data on the influence of parent relationship status on adolescent depression. This retrospective, cross-sectional study in adolescents enrolled in a collaborative care program evaluated the effect of parent relationship status on baseline depression and anxiety-screening scores, alcohol abuse screening (CRAFFT) scores, and depression remission rate.
