Abstract
The goal of this session is to present the process undertaken by KVC Behavioral Healthcare of Kansas for the implementation of trauma systems therapy within the Bridging the Way Home program. This program successfully brought this treatment model to a diversity of providers and foster parents to ensure that foster children received care in a systematic and integrated fashion, within a specific framework of trauma-informed care. The presentation is meant for participants who want to learn more about how to create a successful implementation process to guide integrated care across a service system, in general, and about the Bridging the Way Home project, in particular.
