Abstract
In reviewing the use of prazosin in the pediatric population, a literature search resulted in 6 single patient case reports and 1 retrospective chart review of 34 adolescent patients between 2014 and 2016 in a trauma clinic. This study reports on the effectiveness of prazosin with concomitant psychotherapy in the treatment of PTSD-related symptoms in the pediatric population.
