Abstract
一人暮らし世帯で本人の意識がなく病状等を説明できないような場合でも，救急隊員が「搬送先医療機関」や「かかりつけ医」などと連携し，迅速な救急活動を可能にするアイテムが救急医療情報キットです． キットの中には，緊急連絡先・持病・かかりつけ医等の情報が入っており，これをあらかじめ決められた場所（冷蔵庫の中）に置くことで，救急隊員が医療情報等の入手に費やす時間と搬送時間の短縮につなげます．
