Abstract
Power project is the most preferred software for scheduling by construction experts throughout the world. The paper aims to know about the introduction of BIM fundamentals and to study the workflow of Power project software. The important features of the software (project planning, collaboration, scheduling, tracking and resource management) are studied. Cost and time together in Power project, analyzing budgeted, planned, and actual costs all against time. As a result, I have prepared a 4D scheduling and simulation for a G+3 residential building using the Powerproject software.
