Abstract

A 51 y/o Caucasian male who developed post-traumatic headache and neuralgias involving the left supraorbital, auriculotemporal, greater occipital, and lesser occipital nerves after being involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2009. This patient presented in February, 2013 – four years after his initial motor vehicle accident with complaints of chronic left-sided temporo-parietal scalp pain, left supraorbital and retro-orbital pain, and left occiput pain. His physical exam was remarkable for tactile hyperesthesia in the left supraorbital region, left occiput, and left tempo-parietal region.
