Abstract
We present a case of a 44-year-old female with abnormal uterine bleeding due to a fibroid uterus. Attempts were made to remove the majority of a Grade 2 fibroid hysteroscopically. When this could not be achieved the remainder was removed laparoscopically. A second fibroid was also removed laparoscopically.
