Abstract
Introduction: Morphologic features of anomalous aortic origin of a coronary artery (AAOCA) by CT angiography (CTA) are associated with risk of ischemia and are used to guide surgical referral. However, their inter-observer agreement and comparison to intra-operative inspection have not been well characterized.
