Abstract

Purpose: The putative contribution that humoral rejection has in the development of chronic lung allograft rejection continues to be debated. We studied tissue deposition of the commplement factors, C3d and C4d, as a marker of humoral rejection, in a cohort of lung transplant receipients (LTR) and correlated staining with clinical outcome.
