Abstract

Introduction: Cardiac CT can assess both plaque morphology and the functional relevance of coronary lesions. We aimed to further elucidate the association between quantitative atherosclerotic plaque metrics derived from coronary computed tomography (CCTA) and segmental myocardial ischemia detected using dynamic perfusion CT (DPCT) images.
