Abstract

Purpose: Resection of hepatic metastases is the preferred treatment for selected patients after resection of primary colorectal carcinoma, but timing is controversial. This study aimed to compare the surgical outcome and long-term survival between simultaneous and delayed resection of liver metastases from colorectal cancer.
