Abstract

PTSD is a prevalent disorder in children, associated with suicidality and increased psychiatry emergency room visits. This study investigates the effect of the Brief Reminder Focused Positive Psychiatry and Suicide Prevention Intervention (RFPP-S) on well-being, suicide ideation (SI), and PTSD symptoms in youth with PTSD admitted to Olive View-UCLA Psychiatry Emergency Room (OV-PER).
