Abstract

Pulmonary retransplantation (retxp) remains contraversial due to poor outcomes historically (<50% survival at 1 y). T cell depletion prior to retxp followed by steroid minimization regimen was performed at our institution with retxp survival 91% at 1y and 76% at 2y. We analyzed whether repeat HLA mismatches (MM) had a detrimental effect on outcome.
