Abstract
Image cytometry DNA analysis was perfonned in pretreatment biopsies of twentytwo T3 laryngeal squamos epithelial cancers. Patients were all submitted to full dose, 64 Gy, radiotherapy. Seven patients were cured while fifteen patients either recurred, displayed partial response or progressive disease during treatment.
