Abstract

For years, printed text was the dominant way of storing and disseminating medical information. Now, computer databases and the Internet are the fastest and easiest way to store and access large amounts of information. Current medical students have grown up in an environment of computer-aided education. We sought to evaluate the students’ preferences and reading performance when comparing computer use to traditional reading sources.
