Abstract
This paper deals with stochastic analysis of geometric features within tolerance zone. The geometric features and their tolerance zone are firstly analyzed based on the JIS standards, and the parameters are established to represent the deviations of the geometric features from the nominal shapes. A systematic method is then proposed to analyze the existing probability of the geometric features within the tolerance zone, considering concatenation of a series of tolerances.
