Abstract

Abstract The amount of water consumed daily by beef cattle is a heritable trait, but one that likely has varying levels of importance across the US and the world. Results from a USDA-funded water intake and adaptability to water restriction (as a proxy for reduced consumption due to poor water quality) project will be presented.
