Abstract

150 © 2011, INASL Result: Early diagnosis of HCC remains a key goal in improving prognosis. In general, systemic chemotherapy has not been shown any survival benefit and cannot be recommended outside clinical trials. Development of adjuvant therapy with nonsurgical ablation and downstaging strategy also increases the chance of cure.
