Abstract
Attendees will have a background understanding of “conversion therapy” and positions of various medical groups, including AACAP. They will learn the lack of scientific evidence supporting sexual orientation change efforts (SOCE) and the risks associated with patients attending conversion therapy. Attendees will understand the current political climate regarding protecting minors’ rights.
