Abstract

Purpose: To assess the effectiveness of an open, online curriculum teaching the skills of shared decision making to Pediatric Critical Care Fellows and other pediatric trainees who help care for critically ill children. Methods: Pediatric Fellows from the PICU, NICU, Heme/Onc, and Pulmonology fellowships were recruited and randomized to intervention and control groups.
