Abstract

AbstractA metal‐free and effective method for the preparation of silyl ether is described. The protocol employed commercially available and easy to handle 4‐NH2‐TEMPO as catalyst to enable the dehydrogenative coupling of silanes with alcohols by releasing H2 gas as by‐product. The scope of the coupling partners is wide and delivers the desired products in good to excellent yields.
