Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and value of Korean sports history and education by examining the traces that were overlooked in the life of Hong Soo-Hwan. More specifically, the study looks in depth into the unbeatable legend’s “Fall down four times, Get up five” career that left a record in the history of professional boxing in Korea.BR The data collection for this study was collected from September 7, 2020 to March 25, 2021. 1:1 in-depth interviews, that lasted 3 hours each over a total of 6 times, were conducted through semi-structured questionnaires.
