Abstract

In youth, problems with attention and hyperactivity can lead to academic difficulties, impaired social skills, and behavior issues at school and home. Yoga and meditation have been found to improve attention and hyperactivity in school-age children. The objective of this study was to examine the impact of 24 sessions of yoga and meditation on measures of attention and hyperactivity in high school students over a period of 12 weeks.
