Abstract
AbstractGeneral Dynamics has established an enterprise‐wide Systems Engineering process improvement framework. The General Dynamics Technology Council sponsors several Corporate Technology Area Teams (CoTATs), with one specifically focused on Systems Engineering. This paper addresses the successes, challenges, and lessons learned in the establishment, execution, and evolution of an enterprise‐wide Systems Engineering process improvement activity.
