Abstract

In view of the serious impact of the marine oil spill accident on the marine environment and the relatively lagging emergency response to the accident after the accident. The diffusion of oil spill after an oil spill accident is simulated numerically and in three dimensions using the theory of cellular automata. Initialization of offshore oil spill distribution with initial model input parameters takes into account the airflow factor based on the oil spill spreading toward the surrounding area due to its own gravity at sea. Considering evaporation, attachment, emulsification, dissolution and, shoreline attachment during oil spill dispersion, the oil spill quality of each grid is calculated in discrete time series, and the oil spill quality of different grids is color stratified by edge detection. Finally, the algorithm is integrated into the navigation simulator to simulate the process of oil spill diffusion from the initial state to the influence of the above factors. By continuously observing the simulation results, the algorithm can better simulate the whole process of oil spill diffusion under the influence of the above factors, and integrate it into the navigation simulator to simulate the whole process of oil spill accident occurrence, oil spill dispersion, and emergency treatment. It can realize the Omnidirectional simulation training for oil spill emergency handling agencies and personnel.
