Abstract
The results of strength, resource and residual life automated assessment system development for boilers and power plants based on the results of structural elements stress-strain state 3D modeling analysis are described. The automated system is a part of boilers and power plants technical condition diagnostics as well as of their automated design systems. Requirements for strength, resource and residual life assessment system are formulated; methods of strength assessment and structural elements resource determination, and a block diagram for automatic strength calculation and structure resource determination that implements this method are proposed. Verification and validation of the structural elements strength and resource automated assessment system for power facilities were carried out by comparing the stress-strain state modeling results with the results of boiler drum model stress field tensometric measurements.
