Abstract

In this paper, the three-dimensional magnetic field analysis of a dual-stator permanent magnet spherical motor is carried out by the finite element simulation software ANSYS. This method uses ANSYS Parametric Programming Language (APDL) to simulate the motor and then analyze the data through MATLAB. Parametric modeling involves building geometric models, assigning material properties and meshing, and then applying loads and boundary conditions to solve them. Compared with traditional Graphical User Interface (GUI) modeling methods, parametric analysis can modify parameters, analyze multiple sizes, adjust to achieve harmonic analysis, and successfully implement the function of 3D magnetic field analysis. The results verify that the method has high precision and high efficiency.
