Abstract

In this paper we present a 3D Face and 3D Ear recognition process and techniques. We develop our own database of 3D Face and 3D Ear. In unimodal biometric system there are so many drawbacks like noise in sensed data, intra class variations, inter class similarities, non-universality and spoof attacks we overcome that drawbacks using multimodal biometric system that’s why we present a robust multimodal biometric human recognition system using the fusion of 3D Face and 3D Ear.3D Biometrics is much more robust to illumination and poses variations than 2D.the face and ear are highly attractive biometric traits for combination because of their physiological structure and location. Besides, both of them can be acquired non-intrusively. Ears are not affected by expressions variations, cosmetic and eye glasses it is a stable biometric.
