Abstract

Background: Among the many changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, makeup sales decreased while skin, nail, and hair care sales increased1, suggesting a shift in focus amongst consumers. There has been little research examining how consumer knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards how aging skin have changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A cross-sectional, online survey was administered through REDCap. Eligible participants (English-speaking participants 18 years or older) were recruited and consented online through ResearchMatch.
