Abstract
Interest in equine assisted psychotherapy (EAP) continues to grow. According to a 2014 survey of 509 Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) programs, 338 children (ages 10–18 years) received EAP. EAGALA is one of many professional organizations whose members provide equine-assisted therapies.
