Abstract
This presentation will describe a complex clinical scenario of 3 biological siblings (aged 4 years, and 6-year-old twins) who presented to an outpatient child psychiatry clinic for assessment and treatment recommendations after they experienced significant trauma and neglect from their mother and stepfather. Child Protective Services initially placed all siblings with 1 foster care family; however, due to difficult behaviors and an inability to maintain safety, they were forced to separate them.
