Abstract

I discuss the possibility that a high-intensity 811-keV $^{37}\mathrm{Ar}$ neutrino source, produced by neutron capture on separated $^{36}\mathrm{Ar}$, could be used to calibrate the $^{7}\mathrm{Be}$ solar neutrino capture cross sections of $^{71}\mathrm{Ga}$, $^{127}\mathrm{I}$, and other detectors.
