Abstract
Sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT) comprises symptoms of hypoactivity (sluggish, underactive, slow moving, drowsy, and lethargic) and cognitive disengagement (spacey, blank staring, daydreaming, in own world, and in a fog). Little is known about the prevalence and stability of SCT compared to other symptom clusters.
