Abstract

Nationwide, emergency departments (ED) are evolving to include take home naloxone kit programs in response to the opioid epidemic. The impact of these programs has not been thoroughly studied. Our study objective was to gain insight into perceptions and behaviors associated with the utilization of these kits among people with opioid use disorders in an urban ED.
