Abstract

Background: Smoking is considered not the only major risk factor that contributing to the lung cancer incidence in China, due to the fact that about half of patients with lung cancers are never-smokers. Considering the potential of the implementation of lung cancer screening in the general Chinese population, this study aimed to assess the potential cost-effectiveness of lung cancer screening with low-dose CT in a general population in China.
