Abstract

Background: Breast cancer management has undergone a seismic revolution in last decade with immense benefit to patients; it is encouraging to see how we have remained abreast of new developments in breast cancer management over that time. However sheer impact of this upon current trends in diagnosis and management of disease, are largely unknown. We aimed to assess & evaluate change in spectrum in socio-demographic profile and management of breast cancer over a decade within a specialist tertiary of a medical college hospital.
