Abstract

A 20-year-old Caucasian man presented to our clinic with pink papules coalescing into thin scaly plaques on the bilateral upper and lower eyelids, temples, and upper and lower cutaneous lips. He was diagnosed with periorificial dermatitis and prescribed topical tacrolimus 0.1% ointment. A 22-year-old Caucasian woman presented to our clinic with scattered monomorphic pink papules on the bilateral alar creases and lower cutaneous lip. She was diagnosed with periorificial dermatitis and prescribed tacrolimus 0.1% ointment.
